Dunno if it was the slightly cooler temps or eating a banana before heading out, but that was a really solid run. Got to 4 miles in under 35 minutes! Pretty sure that’s a PR for me at 4 miles. 5k split was right at 26:00.

A little cooler this morning but was still dripping like a saturated sponge after a 4-mile run. But now a little breakfast, a cup of coffee in my hand, and time to get started at work. Short week this week, too! I’ll take it.

Wow, just read the first chapter of this and it’s already remarkable and quite insightful. It’s also not short. I’ll stick with it.
