Third time out running this spring after several years’ layoff. First time did my starter route with an 11:40 pace. 😩 Today: 9:41! My goal is to get back enough stamina to run a 5k in the fall.

After a full house yesterday for the grad party, it’s slowly emptying out. Three siblings left yesterday. Mom left just now. Oldest daughter and her bf will be here until tomorrow morning. Then the house will be quiet, back to normal, and feel kinda empty.
