My eBayed Shure SM7B showed up today. Looks legit still factory sealed but just has been sitting on a shelf for a while. Did comparative recordings between it and the Shure MV7+ and it wasn’t close. The SM7B sounded SO GOOD. Returning the MV7+ for sure.
It’s been a long time since I was in the market for some IEMs. I have a set of Shure SE215s for 8 years that I use every day at work. Wanted a set for home and tried Moondrop CHU IIs for < $25. Amazing clarity. Not as bass-heavy as the Shures, but impressive at the price.
Spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if a software update had completely hosed up my TCL RokuTV. Turns out the remote control batteries were just dying and causing the remote to malfunction spectacularly.

Planned to work remotely today but the VPN doesn’t want to let me login. This remote work might be short-lived.
