2025 Reads: Language for God in Patristic Tradition by Mark Sheridan 📚

Not as unreadable as the title suggests. 😂 Really highlights that Christian interpretation of the OT has long been largely vibes and rationalization when the OT God doesn’t sound like Jesus.

Annual meeting at church today. I was elected to serve on the Vestry for the next 3 years. I love the people, hoping I can be useful in leadership and serve well. ⚓️

After a week of fussing with it, I finally have my 94-year-old neighbor’s Android phone unlocked, data restored, and he can send texts again. That was a pain. But glad he has an operable cell phone again!

Cedar Rapids weather: -4F, feels like -22F.

Heckuva win for the Commanders. Fifth turnover for the Lions seems like a fitting way to end the game. Jayden Daniels is something really special.
