Great post. I agree with you on sales people, however I do have to put my two cents in for Rainsoft..........we have it and wouldn't go with out it. We LOVE ours! That's not to say that everyone needs one, but as far as the quality of the product and the service when we need it, I give an A+. It's obvious your sales rep. isn't going to go far in her career. I sent them an email describing a bit of the evening and linking this blog post. I'll report back here if I get any response. RainSoft's corporate website doesn't have an email contact option - only snail mail or an 800 number. I don't feel compelled to use either of those at the moment.
