So whatever the kind lady did on the phone Thursday night, she didn't actually send through the port requests. :-( Once I got the requests into the automated system, Becky's came through almost immediately, and mine came through within an hour or so. Verizon Wireless was able to port Penny's phone from Sprint in less than 15 minutes. It's funny how it takes longer for some than others.
