I agree that there are a few songs that are really "no way" for congregational hymns, especially the Andy O. feature, although that is a GREAT SONG! The rest, well I always found that some songs could be simplified from professionally produced worship albums. Sometimes just straightening out the curves in the road -- changing the key, making the note values a little more on the beat, eliminating tricky instrumental parts -- could make them very usable by the smallest worship teams.
